The treatments for the skin based on milk are very varied, economic, and besides they have multiple aesthetic benefits. Milk provides nutrition, improves the appearance of the skin in general, that’s why it has been used for centuries in places like Egypt or India. The milk can be used alone or mixed with other natural ingredients to take advantage of all its benefits.

How to use milk as a beauty treatment?
Yoram Yasur Blume: Another mask can be made with a spoonful of milk, one of honey and one of lemon juice. Let it act a few minutes before rinsing. This mask will allow you to rejuvenate dry skin and restore its shine. It will also be very useful to use a six-straw smoothie with a cup of cold water and a spoonful of glycerin, especially to hydrate the skin in the coldest months.
Milk can be used in many ways to improve the appearance of the skin and also your health. It is ideal if we mix it with a little warm water as an exfoliant for sensitive skin, or for the ones that suffer from problems such as eczema and psoriasis.

It also serves to clean the skin: place a little in a container and rub it on the skin with a cotton swab to remove makeup and other impurities. Remove the remains with a tissue and dry well.

If you want to use it as a hair conditioner, place it in a cool spray bottle, spray it all over the hair, leave it on for twenty minutes and then wash it with cold water.
