Sugar is present in almost everything we eat, even if we think that we are consuming something salty, sometimes sugar is in there. And it is masquerading under different names such as “dextrose” and “high fructose corn syrup.” The problem with sugar is that it is a stimulant; so that will rapidly increase your anxiety levels, then will let you fall without power.

3. Going to alcohol:

If you suffer from stress and anxiety, you should know that alcohol will not improve the situation, but quite the opposite. While at first you will feel relaxed and at the clouds, in long-term alcohol inhibit the secretion of serotonin, which helps improving the mood and manages anxious thoughts.

4. Many fritters:

Besides fattening, fried foods are your enemy because they increase the feeling of anxiety and depression. Instead, you should prefer whole foods, especially fruits, vegetables, grains and seeds. They are not only healthy and yummy but you will have a balanced diet killing 2 birds at a time.

5. Your life is very salty:

6. Skipping meals:
