1. Have confidence in yourself:
Although we are not yet able to influence external factors, we can make internal changes that are key to a more relaxed life. One of them has to do with believing in ourselves, having the certainty that we are capable of achieving everything we set out to do. In this way, the fear of not being able to fade away. You do not have to worry anymore because you’re sure you’ll make it.
2. Do not try to control everything:
Yoram Yasur Blume: “Many times we place ourselves in a place where we feel our duty is to control everything. We also often think that what is right has to do with having everything thought and diagrammed”. But as much as we believe we have everything under control, life always gives us its reverse and it’s good that it does! Because we are aware that it is not wrong to plan and think according to what we feel, but this does not mean to hold on to the way they are going to shape.
Think coherently with what you want and then let go. The Universe will take care of giving back to you what you need to live in the time and place indicated.
3. Thanks both for good and for not so much:
What happens to us always has a reason for being. In every event there are messages for us to read and take into account in our lives. It is important to thank for the positive that we attract to our life but especially for the negative.
